Ingredients (10 Personnes):
1 kg de poulet entire, 3 c.à.c jus de citron,2 c.à.c pâte de gimgembre, 2 c.à.b pâte d’ail, 300gms yaourt,75ml d’huile, 2 c.à.c Garam Masala, 2 c.à.c pâte de piment rouge, 4 c.à.b Tandoori Quraisha, sel selon votre goût.
Préparation:
- Laver le poulet soigneusemnet et coupez- les en morceaux puis faire des incisions profondes dans le poulet en utilisant une lame.
- Frottez le poulet avec du jus de citron, le gingembre, l’aile et le sel, laissez de côté pendant une heure.
- Mélanger au fouet tous les ingredients avec du yaourt dans un bol. Enduire le poulet entire et laisser de côté pour 2 heures.
- Cuite, dans un milieu chaud tandoor jusqu’à ce que vous terminé.
- On pourrait cuire le tandoori dans un four, au cas où on n’a pas l’appareil du tandoor.

1 Kg chicken (Whole), 3tsp lemon juice, 2tbsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp garlic paste,300hms yogurt, 75ml cooking oil, 2tbsp Graram Masala Spices, 2tsp red chilli paste, 4 tbsp Tandoori Spices Quraisha, salt to taste.

- Wash the chicken throughtly and cut it into pieces then make deep cuts in the chicken using a blade.
- Rub the chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt, leave aside for an hour.
- Whisk all the ingredients with yogurt in a bowl.
- Coat the entire chicken and leave aside for 2 hours.
- Cook in a medium hot tandoor until done. Alternate for a tandoor could be an oven.
