Ingredients (3 Personnes):
200gm de riz rincé, 1 oignon (coupé finement),1/4 de chou- fleur, 1 pomme de terre, 1 carotte, 1 petit bol de petit pois,2 c.à.b de pâte d’ail et gingembre, 1 c.à.s de tomate concentré avec de l’eau, 3 c.à.b épices pulao Quraisha, 1 c.à.c de saffron, un peu d’eau,sel selon gout, un peu d’huile de cuisine.
Préparation:
- Faire chauffer un peu d’huile de cuisine dans une poêle. Quand l’huile est chaude, mettez l’oignon (coupé finement ) et l’épice pulao. Faites une sorte de pâte en écrasant.
- Quand les oignons sont roussis, ajouter la pâte d’ail et gingembre, le safran, puis le concrentré de tomates et mélanger.
- Couper les legumes en morceauxet ajouter dans la poêle et bien mélanger.
- Ajoutez le riz, le sel deux fois la quantité de riz en eau. Couvrir et laisser cuire environ 15 minutes à feu moyen.
- Arrêter le feu et laisser couvert encore 5 minutes.
- Décorer avec des feuilles de corraindre fraîches.

200gm of rinsed rice, 1 onion (sliced), ¼ cauliflower,1 potato,1 carrot,1 small bowl of peas, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp tomato paste with water , 3 tbsp spices pulao quraisha, 1tbsp saffron, a little of water, salt as per taste, some cooking oil.
Preparation:
- Heat a little oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, put the onions (sliced) and the spices of pulao Quraisha. Make a paste by crushing.
- When the onions are browned, add the ginger garlic paste, the saffron and the tomato paste and mix all.
- Cut the vegetables into pices and add in the pan and mix well.
- Add the riz, salt and twice the amount of rice in water. Cover and cook about 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Stop the heat and leave covered for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
