4 Cuisses de poulet coupées en deux, 4 C.à.b sauce de soja, 3 c.à.b de sauce foncée, 1 c.à.b d’huile d’olive, 5 c.à.b d’épices barbecue, 1 c.à b de basilic séche, sel selon votre gout.
Préparation:
- Dans un bol n verre peu profound, mélanger la sauce soja, sauce de soja foncée, l’huile d’olive, épices BBQ, sel et basilica séché. Mélanger ensemble.
- Ajouter le poulet, couvrir et réfrigérer pendant la nuit . Mélanger à nouveau le lendemain.
- Légerement huiler le gril et préchauffer à feu vif.
- Retirer le poulet de la marinade et jeter la marinade restante.
- Faites revenir le poulet sur le gril préchauffé pour 10 à 20 mins de chaque coté, ou jusqu’à ce qu’il soit cuit.

5 chicken thigh cut into half, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tbsp olvieoil, 5tbsp BBQ spices, 1tbsp dried basil, salt to taste.
Preparation:
- In a shallow glass bowl combine the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, olive oil, oyster sauce, spices BBQ, Salt and dried basil. Mix together.
- Add chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir together again the next day.
- Lightly oil the grills and preheat to high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken over preheated grill for 10 to 20 minutes each side, or until cooked.
