Using this website

All we ask is that you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Take a few minutes to look them over, because by using our site you automatically agree to them.

Naturally, if you don’t agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time. Privacy

What we collect, and why

This site collects personal information only when you choose to send it to us through one of our forms:

• Contact form — your name, email, phone and message, so we can answer your query.
• Reseller application — your name, contact details, business name, BRN, address and any document you attach, so we can assess and set up a trade account.
• Job application — your name, contact details, address, cover note and CV, so we can consider you for a role.

We also record the IP address a submission came from, purely to help us identify automated abuse.

Submissions are stored in our own database and the attached files on our own hosting. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We keep applications only as long as they are useful for the purpose you sent them for.

Cookies

Cookies we set

This site sets a single session cookie. It keeps your form session valid and protects our forms against cross-site request forgery. It carries no advertising or tracking identifier, and it expires when you close your browser. We use no third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

Note: pages load the Inter and Playfair Display typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when you view the site.

Product listings, weights, pack sizes and barcodes are published in good faith and may change without notice. Recipes are offered as a guide; quantities and cooking times may need adjusting to your own equipment and taste. Please always check the packet for the current ingredient list and any allergen information before cooking.
